Question 1

Who builds luxury VIP vans in the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Barugzai Motors is the UAE's leading manufacturer of custom-built VIP vans — 10+ years, 400+ bespoke builds delivered to royalty, CEOs and collectors. Every van is designed, engineered and hand-finished under one roof at our Ras Al Khor workshop in Dubai, making us the top Dubai-built alternative to imported European conversions.

Question 2

Where is your showroom?

Accepted Answer

Our VIP van showroom and workshop are at Showroom 1–3, Nad Al Hamar Rd, Ras Al Khor, Dubai — open daily, 9 AM to 9 PM. Book a private viewing, showroom tour or test drive on +971 50 516 0610, or message us on WhatsApp and we will prepare the builds you want to see.

Question 3

Can I customize a vehicle I already own?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Around half of our work is bespoke car modifications on customer-owned vehicles — VIP interior conversions, starlight ceilings, bodykits, bulletproofing and vehicle extensions. Bring your V-Class, Sprinter, Hiace, Defender or Land Cruiser to our Dubai workshop and we will rebuild it around you.

Question 4

How much does a VIP van conversion cost in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Completed Barugzai VIP vans range from AED 295,000 to AED 870,000 including the base vehicle: VIP Toyota Hiace from AED 349,000, custom Mercedes V-Class from AED 429,000 and VIP Sprinters — with washroom — up to AED 870,000. Bespoke VIP van pricing in Dubai depends on model and specification; lease-to-own, monthly finance and crypto payment are available. Request a quote for your build.

Question 5

Do you offer financing or lease-to-own?

Accepted Answer

Yes — tailored financing and lease-to-own plans are available through our UAE banking partners, including 0-down and monthly installment structures on selected builds. Crypto payment is also accepted. Tell us your budget and timeline, and our team will structure a plan around your build.

Question 6

What is included in a Barugzai VIP van conversion?

Accepted Answer

Every conversion is a private jet on wheels: hand-stitched Italian Nappa captain seats with massage, a Rolls-Royce-style starlight headliner, privacy partition with smart TV, espresso machine, mini fridges, Maybach-style fold-out tables, ambient lighting and our proprietary tablet smart control system. Mobile office, executive lounge or family majlis — each cabin is built around how you travel.

Question 7

How long does a custom VIP van build take?

Accepted Answer

V-Class, Hiace and SUV builds are typically delivered in 30–60 days; a full Sprinter VIP conversion takes 8–12 weeks depending on specification. Because everything is engineered in-house in Dubai — no outsourcing — we control the timeline from first sketch to final inspection and keep you updated at every stage.

Question 8

What warranty comes with a Barugzai conversion?

Accepted Answer

Every Barugzai build carries a 2-year interior warranty covering upholstery, joinery, electrical and entertainment systems — serviced by the same craftsmen who built your van. It is a premium van conversion with warranty you can actually claim locally, backed by luxury aftersales care at our Ras Al Khor workshop in Dubai.

Question 9

Are Barugzai vans GCC spec and RTA approved?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every build starts from a GCC-spec base vehicle engineered for Gulf heat, and our RTA-approved modifications include full vehicle registration assistance in Dubai. We handle the inspection and passing paperwork for you, so your converted van registers as smoothly as a showroom car — in the UAE and for export markets.

Question 10

Do you export VIP vans worldwide from Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we are a custom van builder that exports worldwide. We deliver VIP vans to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, and ship LHD and RHD builds across Africa including Nigeria, Ghana, Congo and Kenya. Export documentation, marine insurance and registration support are handled in-house, so you can buy a VIP van in Dubai and have it delivered to your door.
